Having received my training through IPEC, Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, my Marriage and Family Therapy Coursework through The Eisner Institute, my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz, my clients are assured action oriented solutions for any area they want to see improvement, growth and change. My approach to therapy and coaching is very much modeled after my own way of doing things. As a clinician, I am action oriented. I want my clients to really ask themselves what they want and then go after it with actual steps to make it happen. Personal growth is about commitment, removing blocks and achieving greatness. I support my clients with a high degree of accountability to ensure measurable outcomes. Working with a therapist isn't always about working on what's wrong with us or our situation. Rather, it's about developing our capabilities as high potential performers. Working with a therapist supports you in getting where you want to be in all areas, personally and professionally.
